Im not very very coffeeholic.. But my another one : yes.. Me, myself love Mocha..chocolate milk..cappochino..etcIm gonna learn how to make latte art. Although is not easy..need lots of practise, but seems interesting. Whats latte art? Latte, it's espresso and steamed milk, where else Latte art is when you have fun making your latte. Create designs such as hearts, tulips, waves, bears, rabbit, rosetta(leaves), coral shapes, x'mas tree as well and some even pro design like cartoon object & some extract arts...Thought of this plan, and dreaming about to own a coffee shop with hubby =) kee kee..So, im searching some research to gain experience, and of cos, practise make perfect. Im still noob.. newbie indeed~ Thinking of where else can learn the course/ skill.LOTs of milk learning the elements! The making of the milk,im still figure it out, i think really need some skill. Have to make sure the tempreture is 60-70.. cannot too hot, yet have to shake the milk into silky foam type.. *In KL, they have Barista training course, from learning basic to history to practical and exam as well, with certificate if you manage to pass both theory and practical exams. =)Its just about RM1.5k..Will share with you dear friends : Latte Art =P catch up with me soon.. =)
