My Sweet Pampered Day

We always been so hardworking, having party or etc.. Have you ever really think about how to make yourself feel relax and happy? Just by doing a few simple things. I know some people who really super busy working, the schedule is fully booked till no breathing, but for my point of view i think we should really must let ourself relax and start to pamper ourself..We can have many different ways,exp- chill out, chitchat..entertainment..etc.. But im just sharing one of the example here..my experience.. I think we really never really sit down and have a deep breathe..we can do yoga? or have u really spend some little short time to exercise? Do we have a great breakfast every morning? Do we care about our health, soul, and learning how to relax and rest? Hmmm, this is what i thought for 2days ago, so im been pampering myself, trying to do whatever things that i usually never do.. Just sharing ya =P

My sweetest pampering of myself.. <3
1. Make myday all free, maybe weekend, so that you can spend your day alone, just like everything is free.. Take a nice breakfast IF weekdays u always cant..Enjoy every meals.. because sometimes people so busy till forgot to eat or even manage to eat but is not enjoying because its rushed...

2. Assume you gonna have spa at home, having a hot bath so,Take time for showering,remove make up, use scented shower gel,have a great scrub on your body from top to bottom, wash your hair properly no rush and do hair treatment, hair mask, clean your toes properly guys, cut ur nails, polish if u like, do some nails care, facial time, or relax your feet, so you can soak in a very warm water.. then only clean your toes and nails..

3, Facial time, if you care about ur face, ur skin or ur appearance or ur age.. u need to be hardworking on this, takecare, ermm its never too late, but u gotta be maintain ..Spend time 3 times facial care, mask in a week, if u very rich u can do everyday, but depends, actually DIY at home also can, well for me, i DIY better, dont really fancy to go facial outthere.. rather do it at home but must do the right way.. hmm research, practise & maintain, read and watch more beauty care tips.. many benefits for us, preventation,anti aging, whitening, etc.. Firstly, remove makeup, wash face, deeply cleansing, scrub, mask, massage, toning, lotion, whitening, essence, serum, cream, etc.. lots more...

4, Trimming time, trim your hair, whatever hair.. lol.. your eyebrow, armpit, etc.. guys- nose, beard, moustache..etc..

5, After all, Girls u can do nail art right after nail care.. you can do a simple one if u dunno, for those who interested in nail artz, u can actually spend your time to do it, well, nail art is amazing, its lovely and creative, plenty design, If rich then ask manicurist do, if not, DIY or learn by yourself, like me, im learning.. and i love it, im always pampering nails to make myself feel happy, u know what, tats nail art is not showing off, it is an art and to appreciate is for ourself to admire how beautiful it can be.. so, try it girls =)

6, Listen some relaxing music, u can choose, sentimental? jazz ? well, spend little entertainment at home instead of clubbing@ sat/sun.. u will get very exhausted..lolz..let your body calm, balance ur mind and soul.. For those,who loves energetic type, u can dance, well turn on loud music, dance till you drop, dance whatever you can.. free style, make yourself release..distress yourself.. dance in the room, no one laugh ok..

7, For those tired friends, u can choose to SLEEP, serious, we always have no time to sleep, well its time to relax and get to enjoy on the bed.. some people think that sleeping is wasting lotsa time, but.. its one of the important thing in our life..For those still very active during weekend, then you can go shopping, if you dont want to spend, u can just windowShopping, observe new things, enjoy reading in a bookshop, find a place to have a drink.. chatz with friend or family..

8, Clear off toxic now!! spend little time for this...DRink this - organic psyllium husk - Its a colon cleaning. You know what, 99% of our illness begins in the colon!!the average ppl has between 1kg-3kg of unwanted matter stuck in their bowel wall which creatinga source of toxicity,...So, must clean n clear.. =) stay good health

Lastly, the most sweetest thing, get a massage from some one.. friend or gf/bf..you will feel totally good and relax.. everyone loves it who doen't? hmm.. thumbs up~
