How do i live with insomnia nightz

How do i live with insomnia nightz ? heez..this question been in my mind for a week ago.. since last week, after just recovered from 5 days sick!! its little terrible.. my insomnia sickness disturbing me for a week. How do i live with it ? i watched drama, been downloading for 7days without shutdown my pc.. (my pc its so hot.. poorthing)Every midnight is my time for drama.. chased like money drop frm the sky! sometimes if buffering long.. i will put it pause then went for a bath or msn or gaming..But then, after this 7 days, i finished my 40 episode drama.. what should i do then..Nevermine, 3days ago, i found a website very interesting.. haha..the morth thing..im so addicted with it.. u guys need to try out le.. its bit hilarous too...But, im trying to control my sleep now.. because i need to wake up early n work.. really worry about myself to drive far distance to work.. must be very sleepy while driving.. hmmph..So, i decided, no more 4am drama.. force myself on bed, close my eyes, even cant sleep also have to pretend im asleep.. what a suffering night.. but no choice..have too...My eyes tired tho, my neck too, my waist bit too, my shoulder too.. its just my mind cannot shutdown le.. I remember about 1 day didnt sleep, my soul is like a dead soul..while im holding a phone E71.. browsing internet also can almost fall asleep.. luckily i didnt drop it !
